Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by using the cancellation link in your order confirmation emails. No phone call or email is required to cancel.

We provide a simple click-to-cancel option in your customer portal.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock. We may collect partial or full payment in advance, and charge the balance when the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time. If the order has shipped, you may still request a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Try Before You Buy

If you participate in a try-before-you-buy offer, your payment method will be authorized at checkout, but not charged until the trial period ends. If you do not return the item within the trial window, you will be charged the full purchase price automatically.
